Marketing Executive
Department/Team: Sales & Marketing
Reporting to: Sales & Marketing Manager
Location: Hybrid – Remote with required time in our office Bidford-on-Avon, and occasional travel to Millom and Crieff. Travel to trade shows, supplier and customer sites as needed.

Role Overview
As the Marketing Executive you will work closely with the Sales & Marketing Manager to execute marketing strategies effectively and optimise current processes, to meet the company's objectives.
This involves a wide range of responsibilities, from managing the CRM database for marketing and digital marketing, to content creation, brand promotion, and market research.
Key Responsibilities
Play a leading role in the execution of the agreed marketing plan.
All aspects of digital marketing: Lead generation, SEO, SEM, Display advertising, Social media advertising, e-mail marketing, KPI setting for the above channels, Optimizing above channels through continuous testing and data analysis.
Own & develop content calendar in response to relevant Plans: Editorial content, website news, relevant social media channels.
Create agreed content (digital and offline) and / or manage through incumbent creative agencies as appropriate.
Manage website utilising backend CMS and PIM System.
Management of all website and social channels content updates.
Management of Social Media channels: Enter, create, curate, post, and monitor content in line with marketing objectives and sales target accounts.
Performance monitoring and analysis of Social Media Channels, Websites, and competitor’s activity.
Manage KPIs, measure ROI and propose short vs. long term actions.
Engage in social listening to identify and report on trends.
Manage the development of SEO as well as campaign optimisation.
Input to annual budgeting process (from annual plan) and budget management for assigned tasks.
Work closely with the Commercial teams to identify new opportunities.
Supporting the integration of CRM system.
Ownership of customer databases in line with GDPR.
Exhibiting at digital and real-world trade shows and relevant industry events.
Production of internal communications including monthly internal newsletters.
Market scanning and assistance with production of internal reports.
Deployment of regular promotions digitally and in printed form.
Maintain marketing support materials.
Other duties as required.
About You
Industry recognised qualification in marketing.
Solid marketing experience with a well-rounded approach to multiple disciplines.
Customer-focused, with the ability to recognise and meet customer needs.
Experienced in both digital and traditional channels.
Creative with good writing skills.
Good influencing and motivational skills.
Self-motivated and focused, with a flexible attitude.
Good attention to detail, with high levels of accuracy & a commitment to quality.
Able to work on & use own initiative & problem solve.
Strong communication, team working & people skills.
Demonstrate a professional & courteous attitude.

Competitive base salary of £38,000, with a company bonus scheme.
Monday to Friday, core hours 8.30 am to 5 pm.
