Dog
Whether it is for training purposes, a private exercise session or just to allow a dog to be off its lead without the worry that it may be stolen, the popularity of dog exercise, walking or training fields has grown rapidly over the last few years.
The best dog fields have a well-chosen, large enough area of ground which is then protected by a high quality fence which can securely contain the dogs without the risk they can hurt themselves on the fence.
Tornado R19/180/5 has 100mm x 50mm grid apertures that make it impenetrable for even the smallest of dogs, it also helps to keep other animals out of the area. Combine with Tornado RL6/50/5 to help prevent digging under the fence. The two nets are connected with netting clips.
We recommend using fully meshed gates to complete your enclosure.
Rural Security
R19/180/5 provides a clear barrier that will stand the test of time, an overall height of 1800mm and close vertical wire spacings make it difficult to climb, it can also be used as embankment netting.
It features a solid vertical wire commonly referred to as “stiff-stay” and the unobtrusive high pressure bonded Torus knot which does not have any sharp edges. It is manufactured with high tensile wire which strains tighter than mild steel and so requires fewer intermediate posts.

Ground Contact
Zinc and zinc aluminium coated agricultural fence service life can be affected significantly when exposed to extremely acidic or saline environments and this factor should be considered when designing your fence installation. For typical service life to be achieved it is recommended that the product must be installed in an atmosphere with corrosively class C1, C2 or C3 (very low/low/medium) in accordance with ISO 9223 and must not come into contact with substances that will accelerate corrosion, including but not limited to fertilisers, pesticides, herbicides, salt water and soils of pH lower than 5.5. Particularly at sites with peaty and wet ground conditions it is recommended that you have the soil pH tested prior to designing your installation.
